You can download information from the Site to your computer and use them for personal use and non-commercial purpose, provided that you will not be allowed to delete or modify any information regarding the trademark or any other ownership information therein.
Any modification or use of the documents on the Site for any other purpose is a violation of the intellectual property rights of 7-Eleven Vietnam or Related Parties of 7-Eleven Vietnam.

Restrictions on legal liability
7-Eleven Vietnam will not be liable for any damage or injury caused by, including (but not limited to), any performance failure, mistake, fault, discontinuity, defect or delay in transmission, computer virus, or internet error.
7-Eleven Vietnam will not be liable for any damage or injury caused by, including (but not limited to) specific damage from, or the result of, the use or inability to use the documents on this Site, even in the event that there is negligence from 7-Eleven Vietnam or from our representative who has been notified of such damage, or both.
Information submitted to 7-Eleven Vietnam
All submissions, suggestions, ideas, artwork, or other information communicated to 7-Eleven Vietnam through the Site become the property of 7-Eleven Vietnam.
7-Eleven Vietnam is not required to treat any submissions as confidential, and will not be liable for any idea for such business (including but not limited to, products or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future 7-Eleven Vietnam endeavors.
7-Eleven Vietnam will have exclusive ownership of all other rights (present and future rights) to any submission to 7-Eleven Vietnam of any kind (written documents, images) through this Site.
7-Eleven Vietnam has the right to use the submission to us for any commercial or other purpose and takes no responsibility in compensating you for any such submission.
Personal information is voluntarily submitted by a customer who visits or uses the Site. Such information will be recorded and used internally and will not be sold or transferred to any third party or other authorities who do not participate in the activities of the Site and of 7-Eleven Vietnam.
The user takes responsibility for any information (of any kind) submitted to 7-Eleven Vietnam including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, novelty, and copyright.
Operation and control
Unless otherwise described or recorded herein, all documents on the Site of 7-Eleven Vietnam are provided only for the purpose of giving information regarding 7-Eleven Vietnam.
We control and operate this Site from our head office located at 412 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai St, Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City and do not declare that the documents on the Site are approriate or available for use at other places.
If you use the Site from a location other than Vietnam, you take responsibility in complying with the relevant current laws of such jurisdiction.
Indemnity
Documents and information on this Site may include some technical inaccuracies and typographical errors.
7-Eleven Vietnam has the right to change or modify at any time at our discretion.
We do not undertake, or give any declaration on, the accuracy or reliability of the use or the result of the use of the documents herein. We do not guarantee the commerciality as well as the appropriateness of the use of the documents on this Site for certain purpose.
Severability
The Terms and Conditions above will be governed and intepreted pursuant to the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the latter’s validity and enforceability. Evidence of the use of this Site for illegal purpose may be provided to law-enforcing authorities in any relevant case.

The above is the entire agreement between the relevant parties in terms of the use of this Site. 7-Eleven Vietnam can modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this post without any written notice or any other kind of notice to any third party.
7REWARDS Program (Moblie App) Terms And Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) of 7REWARDS Program (the “Program”) that you should acknowledge when participating in the Program and exchanging rewards at 7-Eleven stores in Viet Nam by using App 7REWARDS (the “App”).
- Promotion Period: The Program shall start from 00:01 AM local time on 15 June 2017 until 7-Eleven notices to cancel the Program (the “Promotion Period”).
- Eligibility: Promotion open only to residents of Viet Nam who are 13 years or older and who own a smartphone or other mobile device that is capable of downloading and running the 7-Eleven App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store (the “App Distribution Channel”). (7-Eleven does not charge to download its App, but standard data rates may apply.). 7-Eleven reserves the right to deny or disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the terms of this program.
- How to Participate: Take the following steps during the Promotion Period to participate in the Program
- Step 1: Login to your 7-Eleven account through the App. If you do not have the App, you can download it on your smartphone or other mobile device from the App Distribution Channel. If you do not have a 7-Eleven account, you can qualify for one through the App.
- Step 2: Visit a participating 7-Eleven store and buy any required product to complete the missions in the App. In doing so, scan your account bar code on your smartphone or mobile device to qualify such purchase(s) in the App (each product following this payment is considered “Qualifying Purchase”). Qualifying Purchases will appear on the “purchase history” section of the App.
Qualifying Purchases may take maximum 24 hours from the time of the last qualifying purchase to show up in the App, depending on how 7-Eleven Viet Nam validates your purchase. You will qualify for reward (varying among marks, badges, vouchers, or all) after you complete all missions in the App. The vouchers will appear in bar code form which you can scan at transaction place in exchange for discount, reward, or gift.
- Step 3: Take the following steps at a participating 7-Eleven store in Viet Nam to redeem a reward: Go to a participating 7-Eleven store and select the voucher of your choice. At the point of sale, scan the reward bar code.
You may only redeem reward at participating 7-Eleven stores Ho Chi Minh City. Unused rewards possessing expiration date are displayed in the App. 7-Eleven reserves the right to change or discontinue any rewards without prior notice. Rewards may run out of stock before the expiration date if the supplies are not available.
- Program Modification or Cancellation: 7-Eleven Viet Nam reserves the right to modify the Program and Terms at any time without liability, including the right to unexpectedly cancel the Program at any time. If 7-Eleven cancels the Program, we will provide at least 60 days’ advance notice of the cancellation on the home page of the App and at www.7-eleven.vn/en/7rewards. You are responsible for checking the App and the rewards section of the Site for updates about the Program. At the time when 7-Eleven Viet Nam officially notice to cancel the Program, all rewards will automatically and immediately expire at once.
- Other Terms: The Program is void where prohibited by laws. Your rewards are promotional in nature, have no cash conversion value, and cannot be purchased under any kind. 7-Eleven’s decisions in connection with this Program are final and binding. 7-Eleven will not be responsible for any Internet, mobile device, computer, or communications-related failures or any events beyond the reasonable control of 7-Eleven. Any provision of these Terms deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect.
